Kent Appraisal Services has more than 80 years of experience with 38 years of MAI experience. We are a family owned and operated business, thus providing one-on-one attention that each of our valuable clients deserve.
Over the years, we have appraised a variety of properties including hotels, casinos, investment grade properties, apartment projects, commercial buildings, shopping centers, office/warehouse complexes, heavy and light manufacturing projects, and an extensive range of vacant land.
